Behind the story of “Second Well”, you’ll find the name of Edith Snel, the second oldest in a expressive parent family of 11 children. In that family the reusing of goods was commonplace.

Edith is a upcycler who converts used meterials into new materials, creating new products.
Since her childhood she has always had a passion to design a totally surprising new garment with a personal touch out of a combination of used clothing. When a good artist friend of hers(a car designer and upholsterer) moved to Milan and left her some wonderful fabric rolls,
Edith’s idea to make strong bags out of those was born.

As a Master Organisation Coach, Edith shares her accumulated knowledge of organizational management and years of experience in labor processes, with people and organizations who are looking tob ring out the best in themselves.
Thereby giving an appearance in a suit, pumps and matching Second Well.

Perfection, class and style, which is the common thread in Edith’s life in all circumstances. And that is what you will find in her bags, the same style and class, elegant and tough. Stylish and sturdy, made of used leather jackets and lined with quality fabrics. All bags are equipped with new inside pockets, while the lining and leather is checked and cleaned.
Each Second Well is unique in it’s design and is authentic because the owner can hand in their jacket to be turned into a bag. Additionally, Edith designs her own collection from jackets she selects at vintage markets. With beautiful weathered materials Edith thus adds a new soul, life and a new use dimension.
